Can I cancel my order?

If you wish to cancel your order you may do so by contacting info@encompasskbb.com within 2 hours of placing your online order and within our working hours of 9am-5pm Monday to Friday. In the event that we have already dispatched your order, you will be asked to follow our standard returns procedure.
