Solid Surface products require minimal care to maintain their look. As with all daily cleaning it is best to rinse immediately after each use with clean, warm water to prevent limescale or soap accumulation. Dry the surface with a soft cloth straight after.
Occasionally use a mildly abrasive and neutral cleaning product to remove more stubborn stains e.g. CIF (do NOT use on dark coloured solid surface products). Apply in small circular movements with a white scouring sponge or cloth until the surface is clean. Rinse with water and dry with a soft cloth.
***Never use petroleum-based products such as paint thinner, acetone or other solvents, as they may damage the surface***
Minor scratches and shallow chips can be repaired by cleaning the affected area thoroughly with water, dry and ensure any dust is removed from the surface.
In order (coarse to fine), rub 240, 400 & 800 GRIT sandpaper in small circular movements over the affected area until the minor scratch/defect is gone. Wipe any dust away with a towel or soft cloth.
